Shipping Info
Packaging Info
Your packages are shipped safely in Kraft envelopes with cardboard backing, each print is protected in a cello sleeve.
In order to keep shipping as low as possible for domestic, standard shipping is classed as “regular oversized letter mail” and does not come with full tracking within Canada. Packages within the US have partial or full tracking depending on size and shipping location.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on location.
USPS takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping Schedule
I ship twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Thursday-Sunday orders ship on Tuesday.. Monday-Wednesday orders ship on Fridays.
If you order early enough on Thursday or Monday morning, I will do my best to squeak you in on next day shipping.
What happens if my print does not arrive?
If your package is tracked and shows delivered, I advise you speak to the post office first. If you still get no resolve, you can reach out and I will see what I can do on my end.
If your standard package does not arrive after a month of shipping, please reach out so I can check batch tracking and see if I can give you a better timeline. Please be patient with standard shipping within Canada, it is "letter mail" and sometimes takes longer to arrive. Most of my packages have been shipped this way and I have only had a small handful not arrive over the years, so do not be concerned with a lettermail shipping option. I will never have you without either - we will absolutely work out any shipping issues in the rare event that it happens, so please notify me. If you are within Canada and would like a full tracking option and guaranteed timeline, reach out for a shipping quote!
Wrong Address/Returned Packaged
If you have entered an incorrect address, I cannot issue a refund due to non-delivery, so please double check your shipping address is correct before ordering. There is nothing I can do after it leaves my hands at the post, so if you do realize after ordering you have the wrong address, please message me ASAP and if it hasn’t been shipped yet I will absolutely change it to ensure it arrives to the correct address.
If your package gets returned back to me for whatever reason (ie. wrong address etc), we can work on resending it out for a small cost to reship.
Do you sell originals/take commissions?
I do not sell the originals of the prints that I offer - this may change in the future, but as it stands now I like to keep my collection of originals.
I do offer limited commission spots as time permits. When I am able to open my books, I announce on my socials when and how many spots will be available. Feel free to keep watch on my Facebook and Instagram for releases, or join my mailing list.
I am open to many commission requests. My main is making custom moons, however I have also designed tattoos, and do graphic design for business (logos, website graphics, sticker/merch). I have created custom wedding invites and event flyers. If you like my style and would like to further discuss how we can work together, feel free to reach out!
I see a print I love but it is not offered in the size I want!
No problem! I can accommodate custom sizes for you if you reach out! As a rule of thumb, I can general double any size print without losing quality.
Do you accept refunds/returns?
I do not accept refund or returns after purchase. I do a very good job of accurately describing sizing and quality of my prints, as well as displaying the artwork you will be receiving. I take comfort in hearing often that my art is “more beautiful in person” so the work you will be recieving should exceed your expectations in reproduction and quality.

My print arrived damaged!
I am so sorry your print arrived damaged 😭 The post people can be inconsiderate at times when handling packages, and although I seldom have issues with damage on art, I am always happy to remedy with you if you reach out. Be sure to take photos of the damaged art, as well as the package how it arrived to you!
